Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (UK) We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times after dispatch are typically 2–5 business days depending on your location and chosen courier.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination but are typically 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country - these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
